તમે અમદાવાદ રહેતા હો કે આમ્સ્ટરડેમ, અથવા તો લંડન કે લોસ એંજેલેસ હો, બાળક અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમમાં ભણતુ હોય એ ખુબ જ સામાન્ય છે. અને જ્યારે એ બચ્ચાઓ ટ્વિંકલ ટ્વિંકલ કરતા હોય, ત્યારે સહેજે ગુજરાતી માધ્યમમાં ભણેલા મા-બાપને કે દાદા-દાદીને પોતે ગાતા હશે એ ગુજરાતી બાળગીતો પણ યાદ આવતા હશે.
જો તમને ય ઇચ્છા હોય કે ઘરના બાળકો અંગ્રેજી અને હિન્દી (ફિલ્મના) ગીતોની સાથે ગુજરાતીમાં ગીતો ગાતા અને સાંભળતા થાય, તો સુરતના ‘હોબી સેંટર’ (the play group nursery)નું નજરાણું ‘હસતા રમતા’ - બાળગીતોની સીડી અચુક સાંભળજો… અને બાળકોને સંભળાવજો. ઉનાળાની વહેલી પરોઢની હૂંફાળી ટાઢકમાં આ ગીતો સંભળાવીને મજા કરાવી દીધી, જયશ્રી! સુપલ તલાટી અને ઐશ્વર્યા હિરાની - બંને મારા ખાસ કહી શકાય એવા તબીબમિત્રોના બાળકો છે. બંનેને મારી ખૂબ ખૂબ શુભેચ્છાઓ…
…અને મેહુલો જે રીતે ટહુકો પર વરસી પડ્યો છે એ જોતાં આ સાઈટનું નામ કદાચ મેહુલો.કોમ થઈ જાય તો નવાઈ નહીં…(Jokes apart)… મેહુલની પ્રતિભા આપણે સમયસર પારખી શક્યા છીએ એ હકીકતે તો આપણું જ સદનસીબ છે…. આ સીડી બહાર પાડનાર હૉબી સેન્ટર વાળી મોનલને પણ અભિનંદન…
મફતમાં ગીતો અહીં આંભળી લેવાને બદલે એક સીડી ખરીદી લઈએ તો આ બાળકોને સાચું પ્રોત્સાહન આપ્યું ગણાશે…

The song is brilliant. We the kids like it very much and this type of situation is almost between each brother and sister. The child artists-supal, aishwaria had sung it melodiously and the voice of Monal was too sweet. The composition of Mehul uncle was brilliant. Thanks

My daughter is 1 year old and in effort to teach her gujarati in this country - I found this song. Since I have played it, my daughter makes the sign of kitta and asks me to play it evouerytime I am around laptop and lol - I am always around laptop.
