તમે ટહૂક્યાં ને આભ મને ઓછું પડ્યું…
ટહૂકારે એક એક ફૂટી પાંખો ને હવે
આખું ગગન મારું ઝોલે ચડ્યું…
લીલી તે કુંજમાંથી આવ્યા બે બોલ
જેમ ઊજળી કો સારસની જોડ,
પાંખનો હેલાર લઇ પાંપણિયે, ઉર મારું
વાંસળીને જોડ માંડે હોડ.
તરસ્યાં હરણાંની તમે પરખી આરત
ગીત છોડ્યું કે કુંજમાંથી ઝરણું દ્ડ્યું…
મોરનાં તે પીંછાંમાં વગડાની આંખ લઇ
નીરખું નીરખું ન કોઇ ક્યાંય,
એવી વનરાઇ હવે ફાલી સોનલ ક્યાંય
તડકાની લ્હાય નહીં ઝાંય.
રમતીલી લ્હેરખીને મારગ ન ક્યાં… ય
વન આખું રે લીલેરા બોલે મઢ્યું…

Simply beautiful.
I heard this beautiful song in my car yesterday, the umpteenTh time. It is in an album, of Ajit Sheth ‘ Tahuke chhe leelee chhamm DaaL’ Very melodious.
Tame is meant for poet. and the singer is the reader of poetry. This is the interpretation by Harish Bhimani- the announcer in the Album. The bhaav of this poem is – the effect a good poetry makes on our being.
અત્તિ સુંદર શબ્દો છે ,, અને સાંભળવાની તો મજા જ ઓર છે ,, આભાર.

i have a different verson of this of rishabh group and in both these it is like this only
‘અમર ગીતો’ ચોપડીમાંથી આ શબ્દો વેલાયા છે. મારા મત મુજબ સંગીતબધ્ધ થયેલા ગીતમાં ગાવાની સરળતા અને સુર-તાલને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને થોડો ફેરફાર કર્યો હોઇ શકે.
