Ghana time thi shodhto hato. I remember hearing dhun long time ago on DD Gujarati in a gujarati movie.

સાચી પ્રિત શેવાળની કે જળ સૂકે સૂકાય રે
પણ આ માંયલો હંસલો સ્વાર્થી, કે આ જળ સૂકે ઊડી જાય.
પંખી વાણિયો ચરે, કે આખર જવું એક દા’ડે,
કે આ નરથી નીજનું ખોરડું, કે આ તો મકાન રાખ્યું ભાડે.

Thank you for restoration. Basically this song(Dhun) is from the Land of Saurastra. When you have a flavour of any particular region it has to reflect in singing and here Shri Aashit Desai failed miserably. The Dhun/Bhajan from Saurastra region has its own identity, “Radaysparshi”.(Please No English !!)
Although Kalpna’s version is commercially and Aashit’s may not be. I would like to listen this Dhun in the voice of Damyanti Berdai. This song has to be with speed and Aashit Desai is too slow while Kalpna has with the Lightning Speed. Who wrote this Dhun ?? Its quite possible by Kavi Dula Bhaya “Kaag”. Please read Dula Kaag’s Kavita/Bhajan/Dhun ( 5 Books)

I agree with Jay’s Comment above that ” Saurastra Colour” is missing from this song. Damayanti Bardai will be the perfect justice to this song. Can you try and load this song in her voice?
Aashit had to keep in mind that this is Bhajan and not sugam sangeet.
