Gross materialism has shackled our legs, made our journey on the spiritual path and receiving enlightment a burden. It is fact but once realisation dawns that gross materialism ate shackles (bedio) with the Grace of Allah the shackles will start to melt.
I do not know if I have understood correctly what the lyrist wanted to convey. I may have misunderstood as my Gujarati is not that good.
However, it did make me reflect and have shared
