આખી કવિતા મને બહુ જ ગમે છે. તેના શબ્દો, તેની ગેયતા અને સૌથી વધારે તેમાંથી ટપકતા શક્તિશાળી ભાવની અભિવ્યક્તિ માટે- મેઘાણી જ આવું લખી શકે.
ઉપરની પંક્તિઓમાં બિસ્મિલ અને કસુંબી એ બે શબ્દનો ખરેખર અર્થ શુ થાય છે તે મારે જાણવું છું.

Zaverchand Meghani…as always the words he uses make you proud of being a Gujarati…you can feel “khumari” in his words. This is a sign of great poetry, where the words take front stage. the music is there to support the song, but one doesn’t even notice it. Gr8 one !

ખુબ જ સરસ શોર્ય ગેીત . નસ નસ મા કોઇ પણ ગુજરાતેી નેી, લોહેી દોડવા લાગે તેવુ. મારે આ ગેીત નેી સેી.ડેી. મેળવવેી હોય તો ક્ય થેી મળે ? ખરેખર કોઈ ગચેતન ભાઈ એ આ ગેીત જે રેીતે ગાયુ , તે “ગદ્દ્વેી” જ શ્રેી જવેરચદ ના શબ્દો ને વાચા આપેી શકે ! bhaviben..i will try to explain what “kasumbi no rang” means..kasumbi or kasumbo is a kind of flower which has deep orange or saffron color,this color is considered as the color of love,affection and sacrifice..also used for joy of freedom sometimes in kathiyawad..this magnificent poet had taken the inspiration or rather he had used “kasumbi no rang” to awaken the common people,to improve their love and affection towards the country and countrymen..the saffron color symbolises love and sacrifice..anyhow you have to get in touch with the “gujarati saahitya” to enjoy these kind of poems thoroughly..

I heard this song first time recently in ETV Gujarati in a programme named “LOK GAYAK - GUJARAT” this song is sung by Mr. Umesh Barot from Halol- simply i fall in love with this amazing song. I am just speechleass what to say really ZAVERCHAND MEGHANI has created awsome poem. Its really heart toching.
