bhaviben..i will try to explain what “kasumbi no rang” means..kasumbi or kasumbo is a kind of flower which has deep orange or saffron color,this color is considered as the color of love,affection and sacrifice..also used for joy of freedom sometimes in kathiyawad..this magnificent poet had taken the inspiration or rather he had used “kasumbi no rang” to awaken the common people,to improve their love and affection towards the country and countrymen..the saffron color symbolises love and sacrifice..anyhow you have to get in touch with the “gujarati saahitya” to enjoy these kind of poems thoroughly..
