‘શયદા’ની આ ગઝલના એક એક શેર પર આખેઆખા ગઝલસંગ્રહ કુરબાન… !! અને સાથે સોલીભાઇનો અવાજ હોય પછી તો પૂછવું જ શું ? આમ તો સોલીભાઇનું ‘પ્રેમ એટલે કે..’ આબ્લમના એક એક ગીત એવા છે ને તમે એમાંથી સૌથી ગમતું ગીત પસંદ જ ના કરી શકો… જાણે કે ગુજરાતી કાવ્ય-ગઝલ જગતમાંથી શોધી શોધીને અનમોલ મોતીઓનો ખજાનો લઇ આવ્યા છે એમાં… અને આ ગઝલ પણ એ જ માળાનું એક અમૂલ્ય મોતી છે.

હોય ગમ લાખો ભલે, એ ગમનો મુજને ગમ નથી
આપ શ્વાસે શ્વાસમાં છો એ ખુશી કંઇ કમ નથી
એક છે એની જુદાઇ એક એની યાદ છે
બેઉ બેનો છે બલા, તડપાવવામાં કમ નથી
એની ત્યાં દ્રષ્ટિ ફરી ને અહીંયા મુજ ભાવી ફર્યું
દમ વિનાની વાત છે, આ વાતમાં કંઇ દમ નથી

હું કહું છું જિંદગી ધોવાય છે
યાદ તારી ઉરમાં માતી નથી
એટલે તો આંખથી છલકાય છે

There is a small mistake please verify.The last stanza should have “Badha” and not wadha.I will try to obtain this albam.It is not easy to get gujarati music in Mumbai.Whatever is available is either religeous or spritual,folk etc.I think somebody should try to compile a data of Gujarati Music,which may be considered as worth considering as inheritence.Shri Mahendra Meghani did compile a list of books called “apno varso” or something like “apno vichar vaibhav”.May be in long term “Tahuko”, will become a source to seek such music.
