May 3rd at 7:15pm Daily

Gujarati Literary Academy, Share and Care Foundation and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan are proud to have presented modern Gujarati Film Saptapadii in NJ as exclusive premiers ! With overwhelming response from their membership to the shows of Modern Gujarati film Saptapadii, it was not possible to accommodate all members due to limited theatre capacity. For members who could not see the film there is an opportunity to go and see the film in Edison NJ at 7:15pm all week starting next Friday May 3rd.

The film has been screened in Phoenix AZ, Boston MA, and Edison NJ to rave reviews from viewers; More shows are planned in USA and Canada, Dubai, Muscat, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, East Africa; etc. Audiences will surely love this very refreshing modern Gujarati film; which is running for 11 weeks in Mumbai and has been to multiple international film festivals;

Amar Bhatt & Viraj Amar – Los Angeles area program (May 17-19)

Dear all:

Three unique musical programs are being organized in our San Fernando Valley & Los Angeles Area.

Amar Bhatt –  a well known composer and singer performing Gujarati Kavya Sangeet.

Viraj Amar Bhatt – a well known Classical singer from Banaras Gharana.. She has performed at most major musical conferences and events. In Jan 2013 she had performed at SAPTAK (Amdavad).

Program 1 :
1. Krishna Bhakti based Gujarati poetry- From Narsinh Mehta to modern poets.
A musical Presentation by:  Amar Bhatt and Smt. Viraj Amar Bhatt
