‘કાવ્યસંગીતયાત્રા’

ગુજરાતી ભાષાના અર્વાચીનોમાં આદ્ય એવા નર્મદથી માંડીને રાજેશ વ્યાસ ‘મિસ્કીન’ 
સુધીના અનુઆધુનિક કવિઓનાં કાવ્યોની સંગીતમય રજૂઆતનો એક કાર્યક્રમ.

માતબર ગુજરાતી કવિઓ ‘મરીઝ’ અને મનોજ ખંડેરિયાની કૃતિઓની સૂરોમાં રજૂઆત કરતી
બે CDનાં વિમોચન પણ આ કાર્યક્રમ દરમ્યાન થશે.

Amar Bhatt & Viraj Amar – Los Angeles area program (May 17-19)

Dear all:

Three unique musical programs are being organized in our San Fernando Valley & Los Angeles Area.

Amar Bhatt –  a well known composer and singer performing Gujarati Kavya Sangeet.

Viraj Amar Bhatt – a well known Classical singer from Banaras Gharana.. She has performed at most major musical conferences and events. In Jan 2013 she had performed at SAPTAK (Amdavad).

Program 1 :
1. Krishna Bhakti based Gujarati poetry- From Narsinh Mehta to modern poets.
A musical Presentation by:  Amar Bhatt and Smt. Viraj Amar Bhatt

Time: Friday: May 17, 2013 8:00 PM- 10:30 PM
Place:  Will be communicated to respondents.

Open to all but requires RSVP ( So we know how many people to expect and decide place accordingly)

Suggested Donation: Minimum $10 per person  (Tea and snacks will be provided)
(This donation will be entirely used for non-profit to promote Gujarati Literature. Artists want to simply promote good Gujarati Literature)
