ગુજરાતી સુગમ સંગીતની આ અજરા-અમર કૃતિ..! આ ફક્ત એક ભક્તિ રચના નથી – અવિનાશભાઇના શબ્દો અને સંગીતમઢી આ રચના સુગમ-સંગીતના મોટાભાગના પ્રોગ્રામમાં અચૂક ગવાય છે..! વર્ષોથી સાંભળતા આવીએ છીએ.. તો યે આ રચનામાં એવો તો જાદૂ છે કે જેટલીવાર સાંભળીએ એટલીવાર ડોલાવી જાય છે..! મંત્રમુગ્ધ કરી જાય છે..! આમ તો આ રચના હેમા દેસાઇના સૂરીલા સ્વરમાં અહીં ૪ વર્ષથી ટહૂકે છે – પણ આજે ફરી એકવાર આશા ભોંસલે ના મધમીઠા સ્વરમાં એ માણવાનો મોકો આપી દઉં..!

મારા હ્ર્દયના પાસે ચે આ ગિત્. મારા મમ્મઇ આને ખુબ સરસ ગાય ચે.
ખબર નહી કેમ, આ ગીત મારી આન્ખો ભીની કરિ નાખે છે.
ઘણુ સરસ ગાયુ,ગીત પણ સરસ છે.ગુજરાતી સમાજમા અતિશય લોકપ્રિય.ગવાય એટલે ગમવા માઁડે,મોટા ભાગના ગીતો સાગમટે ગમી શકતા નથી હોત.

This is a very good poem, i really like it. I used to listen this when i was in a school forom my music teacher, Punita Medam. and this song remind me those golden days.

Sonal, I believe this singer is Asha Bhonsale who sang several of the poet’s creations (though this geet has been sung by others as well).
ખુબ જ સરસ ગીત છે. મારી મમ્મી આ ગીત ગાઇ ને મને સુવડાવતી હતી, જ્યારે હુ ખુબ નાની હતી. I really miss my mom here in USA.It made me cry.
